From startup to collaborative logistics giant, Eu Entrego is preparing to take the next leap. The company, a pioneer in the crowdshipping model in Brazil, forecasts 30% growth in 2025 and bets on a strategic move: the spin-off of its operations.
From now on, Eu Entrego splits into two fronts:
- Eu Entrego, focused on fast deliveries through a wide network of independent couriers.
- Envoy, a new company born with the mission to digitize the operations of large carriers and retailers, offering SaaS solutions for more efficient and scalable logistics.
Operating in more than 600 cities with physical presence in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Salvador, Belo Horizonte and Campinas, Eu Entrego is expanding its network of metropolitan hubs, with plans to reach all Brazilian capitals by the end of the year. This ensures greater capillarity in ship from store and same day delivery models, solidifying the company as one of the leading logtechs in the country.
In 2024, the company reached the milestone of 12 million deliveries completed and has a base of 200 thousand active couriers on its platform. The acceleration continues in 2025, with investments of over R$ 10 million in artificial intelligence focused on customer service, routing, geolocation, and delivery clustering. As a result, a 20% reduction in route costs and significant gains in efficiency and predictability are expected.
Today, 65% of operations are concentrated in the Southeast, but growth in the North and Northeast regions is the most recent highlight. Eu Entrego serves 140 clients, including names like Grupo Boticário, Cobasi, Petz, Vivo, Ri Happy, Reserva, Arezzo, Riachuelo, Azul Cargo and Jadlog.
