Diálogo aims to optimize e-commerce operations with new package pickup and delivery categories

Diálogo, a logistics company from the BBM Group, specialized in e-commerce and marketplace deliveries, announces the expansion of its services beyond last-mile, now also operating with Midpack, Inject, and Inhub services. This initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to offering flexible and integrated solutions for digital retail.

Each service focuses on a specific stage of the logistics chain and was implemented to ensure greater control, reduce unnecessary steps, and speed up the transportation and processing of goods.

According to Diálogo, customers will benefit from reduced operational and transportation costs, thanks to route optimization and cargo consolidation.

Another advantage is the potential integration of these services with technologies like control towers, apps, and tracking systems to ensure real-time monitoring and transparency of product movement across all logistics stages, thereby increasing operational reliability.

“With centralized information and real-time tracking, digital retailers can also improve inventory control and achieve greater accuracy in order management,” says Jorcei Chiochetta, Director of Fractional Transport and E-commerce.

The new services will also enable digital retail to optimize delivery predictability, increasing consumer satisfaction and reducing cart abandonment due to long lead times, while also streamlining operations across multiple sales channels with options for hub pickups or home delivery.

What the new services are and their key features

The Midpack service is designed for products between 2kg and 10kg and covers all transportation stages, meaning the management of shipments between distribution centers and urban hubs. Its key advantage is optimizing the intermediate flow before final delivery, ensuring efficiency and control in routes between major centers.

Meanwhile, Inject allows the consolidation and injection of volumes directly into Diálogo’s distribution centers, speeding up processing and reducing steps in the logistics cycle. In this way, the customer brings products directly to the destination terminal, and the company handles the final delivery to the consumer.

Lastly, the Inhub service is an urban hub cross-docking and transshipment operation, enabling quick transfer of goods between modes and reducing delivery times. In practice, the customer drops the cargo at the nearest BBM terminal, and Diálogo manages the transfer flows and final delivery to the consumer.

“We aim to strengthen our position as a strategic e-commerce partner by offering solutions that boost logistics efficiency with faster, more predictable, and better-controlled deliveries. All of this ensures an excellent experience for the end consumer and sustainable growth for our clients’ digital businesses,” emphasizes Chiochetta.

Diálogo already works with other operations such as: Standard (pickup, transfer, and delivery for packages from 1kg to 2kg); Same Day (same-day delivery); Ship From Store (pickup from the customer’s stores and direct delivery to the end consumer); Express (deliveries within 48 hours in capital cities); Omnichannel (pickup at the customer’s central Distribution Center and delivery to the consumer); Marketplace (pickup from sellers and delivery to the end customer); and Middle Mile (transfer of goods between customers’ Distribution Centers).
