Corporate gifts get an upgrade: companies bet on premium items to delight employees and partners

With the arrival of the second half of the year, companies across various sectors are already preparing for year-end initiatives involving corporate gifts and welcome kits aimed at employees and partners. What used to be addressed with branded planners and pens has now given way to more sophisticated and functional products, such as executive backpacks, customized carry-on luggage, and high-standard travel accessories.

This trend reflects a new market positioning, where useful and identity-driven items strengthen a company’s image and contribute to a more connected organizational culture. One of the companies that identified this shift was Sestini, a national leader in backpacks, luggage, and accessories, which has been expanding its B2B market presence with customized solutions for large corporations.

Gifts with purpose and sophistication

To give an idea of the business opportunity, the 2024 Brazilian Corporate Gifts Sector Survey, conducted by LTP Personalização, reveals that the Brazilian corporate gifts market generated approximately R$ 3.1 billion in gross revenue last year, equivalent to 2.5% of the global market. This growth aligns with the increasing value placed on strategies that strengthen organizational culture and create more meaningful experiences between brands and people.

“There is a growing demand for products that go beyond just being gifts. Companies want to offer items that represent their identity and are useful in the daily lives of recipients. This has driven, for example, the search for executive backpacks and customized carry-on luggage, which combine sophistication, durability, and visual branding,” says Pamela Mariano, Head of Brand at Sestini.

Premium personalization as a competitive edge

The brand’s corporate portfolio includes backpacks, folders, travel bags, and protective cases, all designed with professional routines in mind. Among its clients are names like TOTVS, Eurofarma, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Ovomaltine, Ninho, Banco do Brasil, and Canadian Solar, which have chosen the brand’s products as tools for team appreciation and institutional reinforcement.

UV printing personalization is one of Sestini’s key differentiators in this segment, offering a premium finish, high color fidelity, and superior durability, with no risk of peeling or wear over time. In addition to this technology, the brand also offers other customization options, such as transfer printing, embossed engraving on metal plaques, embroidery, laser engraving, and silk screen printing. “Enhancing the partner brand’s value with aesthetic and functional quality,” adds Pamela.

Currently, the Southeast region leads the demand for Sestini’s corporate products, a direct reflection of the concentration of businesses and the local economic strength. Nonetheless, the brand operates nationwide, offering consultative service and logistics infrastructure tailored to different business profiles across the country.

From onboarding to business trips: functionality as a brand value

With the return to in-office work and increased hiring, the brand also sees growing interest in customized onboarding kits, which add practicality and identity to the employee journey from day one. “Functionality is the new luxury. The suitcases and backpacks we develop accompany employees from their first meeting to their next business trip, offering security, comfort, and design,” says Pamela.

By 2025, the brand aims to solidify its B2B division as a strategic growth pillar, betting on customized solutions that transform gifting into brand experiences centered on utility, identity, and purpose.
