ClickBus, Brazil’s leading Travel Tech company in bus ticket sales, announces an acquisition agreement for RJ Consultores, a TOTVS company specializing in technological solutions with over 40 years of market presence. The transaction of R$49.6 million, subject to CADE approval, will be carried out with own capital, reinforcing ClickBus’s strategy to expand its operations in Latin America and strengthen its portfolio of B2B solutions.
The move will allow ClickBus to combine its expertise in the Travel Tech sector, where it is a leader in innovative solutions, and advance the digitalization of the road transportation segment, offering new benefits ranging from ticketing systems with Smart POS to dynamic pricing tools and Business Intelligence. Additionally, RJ Consultores has an established presence in Brazil and Mexico, along with growing operations in other international markets, aligning with ClickBus’s sustainable expansion strategy.

The deal is subject to approval from CADE, reaffirming ClickBus’s commitment to regulatory compliance and free competition in the sector.
