In just six months of operation, the startup has already delivered significant results for online retailers, establishing itself as a reference in the use of AI for personalization, engagement, and management in the sector. 

Since its debut, ShopNext.AI has revolutionized digital retail with its advanced solutions. The highlight is ShopNTalk, a conversational tool suite that significantly improves the shopping experience and operational efficiency. The platform, which allows natural language searches and WhatsApp integration for cart recovery and campaigns, has already demonstrated a direct impact on its clients’ revenue. 

The results speak for themselves: an average monthly ROI of 28 times the investment in ShopNTalk, an average revenue increase of 7%, and a 70% reduction in the volume of customer service inquiries generated via the website.
