Founded in 2019 by then-college classmates André Isardi and Rafael Torres, Khipo grows annually and surpassed the 10 million reais revenue mark in 2024. Active in different sectors of the economy with data creation and management solutions, the company saw its workforce more than double – from 36 to 78 employees – in 16 months.
This growth led Khipo to expand beyond the country’s borders and open an office in Europe, specifically in Porto, Portugal. There, the company has 5 people working on projects like Digital Transformation for companies in the ‘old continent.’ Today, the company works with clients across 3 continents and is set to open a new office in Spain in the second half of 2025.
For André Isardi, the secret behind Khipo’s geometric progression growth lies in its employees’ extensive knowledge combined with resource and time efficiency. ‘Today, the world moves faster than ever before. This often impacts work processes, whether in technology or other areas, affecting work quality. Tight deadlines, limited resources, or urgency don’t prevent Khipo from delivering the expected results with the quality the company promises its clients and contractors,’ praises André, currently the company’s CEO.
Among Khipo’s partners are major companies like Casa do Construtor, Polishop, ESPM, FGV, and others. Recently, Khipo signed a service contract with Orlando City, a Major League Soccer (American professional soccer league) team, to create a performance and physiology analysis project.
For the first half of 2025, the expectation is 65% growth, which would surpass the company’s average growth of around 50% over the last 3 years. ‘Our goals are ambitious but plausible, grounded in the reality we’ve built today, which gives us confidence in reaching next year’s planned milestones,’ adds Rafael, who holds the position of CPIO at Khipo.
