LATAM Cargo, the cargo division of the LATAM Group, closed the first half of 2025 with a significant logistical advancement in Brazil: 70% of its e-commerce shipments originating from Congonhas and Guarulhos (SP) airports were delivered to customers’ homes within 48 hours. This number represents more than double the figure recorded in the same period in 2024.
This progress is the result of strategic investments by the company in infrastructure and technology. One of the main initiatives was a 50% expansion in operational capacity at the hub (connection center) in Guarulhos, which now has over 2,900 m² dedicated specifically to the e-commerce segment. At the same time, LATAM Cargo launched a new product portfolio in the domestic market, including the éFácil service, focused on small packages with fast and home delivery in thousands of Brazilian cities.
In 2025, the company also established a partnership with Amazon for product delivery in 11 states across the North, Northeast, and Midwest regions.
“E-commerce demands increasing agility and efficiency. The combined use of our air network, integrating cargo and passenger aircraft, along with structural investments, allows us to shorten distances and deliver a top-tier logistics experience for businesses and consumers,”, stated Otávio Meneguette, Director of LATAM Cargo Brazil.
BRAZILIAN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ALSO RISES
The operational improvements have been directly noticed by LATAM Cargo’s domestic market customers in Brazil. In the first half of 2025, the company recorded a 25-percentage-point increase in its NPS (Net Promoter Score), driven by advancements in customer service, communication, tracking, and on-time delivery.
GREATER CAPACITY TO CONNECT SÃO PAULO TO ALL OF BRAZIL
LATAM Cargo is now the company with the highest available capacity (in tons) to connect São Paulo to all regions of Brazil. From January to June 2025 alone, it offered the possibility to send up to 67,300 tons of cargo in the bellies of LATAM passenger aircraft departing from Congonhas and Guarulhos airports—an 8% growth compared to the capacity offered in the same period in 2024.
Currently, the company serves 46 Brazilian airports and 4 cargo terminals in locations without regular flights, with home deliveries in over 1,800 municipalities.
The company also leads in capacity offered to strategic destinations in the North and Northeast regions, such as Teresina (PI), João Pessoa (PB), Macapá (AP), and Rio Branco (AC)—the latter two served exclusively from São Paulo.
NEW PORTFOLIO BOOSTS E-COMMERCE
The new service portfolio launched in 2024 has boosted LATAM Cargo’s performance in the Brazilian e-commerce segment. The éFácil service, aimed at small packages with fast delivery, recorded a 79% growth in shipment volumes and a 6-percentage-point improvement in the FAB (Flown as Booked) metric in the first half of 2025 compared to the same period the previous year.
LEADERSHIP CONSOLIDATED IN BRAZIL AND ABROAD
LATAM Cargo has maintained its leadership in domestic air cargo transported on passenger flights in Brazil since April 2025. According to June 2025 statistics published by the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac), the company achieved a 37.3%* market share.
Its national logistics network covers 51 operational bases, in addition to routes with cargo planes such as Guarulhos-Manaus, Viracopos-Manaus, and Guarulhos-Fortaleza-Manaus—the latter inaugurated in May 2025.
In the international market, LATAM Cargo also leads the air cargo transport to and from Brazil, operating in 23 international destinations through cargo flights and passenger aircraft lower compartments. Among recent highlights are the Miami–São José dos Campos, Miami–Brasília, Amsterdam–Curitiba, and Europe–Florianópolis routes.
