It also offers exclusive discount coupons, turning every interaction into a unique opportunity,’ explains Rafael.
Frango Assado is one of the largest restaurant and service chains on São Paulo’s highways and uses the app to offer various benefits and a great experience, encouraging customers to become brand loyalists. ‘At the app launch, the chain offered 50 points to consumers who downloaded it, which could be exchanged for a coxinha at any of the brand’s 25 stores. And on Mother’s Day, there were exclusive discounts and promotions in the app as well. All of these actions help improve relationships and build loyalty,’ evaluates the CEO of Alphacode.
Another success story mentioned by Rafael is Shopping Almeida Junior in Santa Catarina. The custom AJFans app enhances the shopping experience with the magic of digitalization, providing amazing interactions with customers. ‘The app offers conveniences like paying for parking and purchasing movie tickets through the SuperApp, interacting with stores, and getting information about the mall, events, and other news,’ he says.
