According to Atomic Group’s founder and CEO, Filipe Bento, this marks the organization’s first M&A (mergers and acquisitions) move. With this acquisition and incorporation, the group is expected to achieve “seven-digit revenue multiples within the next two years, while also increasing LigAPI’s valuation.”
LigAPI is a system integration startup using Low Code tools (a software development technique requiring minimal coding). Headquartered in Palhoça, Greater Florianópolis, it was founded in 2022 by Jonas Kreling, the company’s CEO.
According to Filipe Bento, the synergy with the entrepreneur’s principles and values, the product’s fit with Atomic’s customer and partner base, as well as the group’s strategy of working with various integrated software were the key factors behind the acquisition decision.

Bringing an easy and fast integration solution connected to our products and major market tools without requiring code will further accelerate the transformation and business acceleration for our clients, and consequently for the group’s business,” states Bento.
Both LigAPI and the clients from both companies—the incorporated startup and Atomic Group—also benefit. That’s Filipe Bento’s assessment.
