A Arrow Mobility, an electric mobility startup, unveiled the Arrow One, a 100% electric van designed to optimize e-commerce deliveries. Focusing on efficiency and safety, the vehicle emerges as a solution for the bottlenecks of the ‘last mile,’ a crucial stage in the shopping journey. In 2024, with 414.9 million online orders in the country, 23% of consumers still report dissatisfaction with delivery times and shipping costs, a challenge the new model promises to help address.
The Arrow One combines sustainable technology with highly efficient operation and also meets the sector’s main demands, such as: accelerated delivery, drastically reducing waiting times; low operational costs, with transportation performed at just 20% of the cost of a conventional van; enhanced safety, allowing for the internal transport of cargo without exposure to external risks; a solution for heavy traffic in large cities, ensuring greater productivity and efficiency in urban routes.
About the new solution, Nestor Felpi, advisor at Arrow Mobility, comments: “To satisfy the customer, it’s necessary to align storage, inventory, and agile delivery. The Arrow One was developed to transform e-commerce logistics, overcoming challenges like heavy traffic and safety. With proven efficiency, it performs twice as many deliveries, reduces logistics costs by 80%, and ensures safe transportation without exposing the cargo,” states Nestor.
