A Arezzo, one of the largest references in fashion retail in Brazil, enhanced its logistics operation and customer experience through the implementation of Intelligent Freight Quote from Intelipost, , a leader in freight and delivery management. The initiative resulted in an almost 20% increase in freight conversion, an average reduction of two days in delivery times, and a positive impact on customer satisfaction.
Before implementing the functionality, Arezzo faced challenges in the freight auction process, which prioritized exclusively the lowest cost, without considering cases where a small additional investment could guarantee a significantly better delivery time.
“In January 2025, this strategy impacted 12,000 orders, reducing the average delivery time by two days and, in some cases, up to seven days with an average investment of just R$0.66 per order. We assumed this cost to ensure a superior delivery experience, maintaining our excellence SLA and improving our NPS,” comments Pedro Abreu, Web Logistics Coordinator at Arezzo.
Arezzo’s Distribution Center is located in Cariacica (ES) and serves different consumer profiles. The limitation of the previous model impacted both sales conversion and customer experience.
“The complexity of the logistics network in the country requires close attention to freight options, which does not always mean that the lowest price is the best decision. The Intelligent Freight Quote addresses this bottleneck, as we rely on a database built over more than 10 years in the market. This way, the analysis of this information always presents the delivery alternative with the highest efficiency and best cost-benefit,” comments Ross Saario, CEO of Intelipost.
Given the significant results of the Intelligent Freight Quote, Arezzo is also studying new strategies in partnership with Intelipost to further optimize the offer of reduced delivery times, balancing investments and expanding access to faster deliveries.
