Registrations for the 8th edition of this year’s LWSA Internship Program close this Tuesday (6/24). The internship lasts 12 months, with the possibility of extension, and the company offers a personalized development track for participants. To participate, you must access this link.
Undergraduate students (bachelor’s or technology degrees) from the 2nd semester onward in Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law, Computer Science, Accounting Sciences, or related fields can participate. Availability to work in-person or in a hybrid model is required, depending on the hiring unit’s definition.
The company’s average intern conversion rate is 48.8%, reinforcing its commitment to talent retention. “This initiative is part of efforts to make LWSA increasingly integrated, with a strong ecosystem and customer focus.
