The innovation speeds up the registration flow, enhances fraud prevention, and improves the conversion of new users on the platform.
The partnership brought significant improvements to the onboarding flow. With the document reuse functionality, over 90% of validations are now completed in less than 30 seconds, eliminating the need to submit or photograph documents in most cases.
The integration with Serasa Experian’s database also contributed to a smoother and more accurate process, resulting in a 5% increase in registration approval rates. In addition to speed, the system offers a robust security infrastructure, including facial biometrics, liveness proof, automated document verification, and restricted list checks, meeting the regulatory requirements of the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) both at registration and withdrawal stages.
