Amazon’s Prime Day, the largest sales event, achieved record numbers in its sixth edition in Brazil, boosting sales for partner sellers and highlighting demand for essential items like Personal Care products and Food. Prime members also enjoyed over 20 million reais in coupons, in addition to Prime Day deals in the United States, held between July 8 and 11, directly from the Brazilian website with free shipping. Same-day delivery offers also grew by more than 4.5 times compared to the 2024 edition.
Amazon Prime offers members savings, convenience, and premium entertainment—and this year’s Prime Day provided even more time to shop and save. With an early deals period from July 4 to 14, Prime members enjoyed exclusive offers before the official event days on July 15 and 16. The event set a sales record, with Personal Care, Beauty, Books, Food, Home, and Kitchen products among the top categories attracting consumers.
“Prime Day 2025 brought discounts of up to 60% on tens of thousands of products and recorded our fastest same-day delivery speed compared to the 2024 edition. During Prime Day 2025, partner sellers recorded their highest sales volume compared to previous editions, creating growth opportunities for various businesses, including Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). “For Prime Day 2025, we bet on early deal planning to ensure attractive prices and stocked our inventory in Amazon’s Distribution Center. This strategy led to a 32% revenue increase compared to Prime Day 2024,” said Mariana Castro, CEO of Minerva Candles.
To ensure the best experience for customers and meet the high demand of Prime Day 2025, Amazon hired over 6,000 temporary workers. Distributed across Amazon’s 12 Distribution Centers and 190 Delivery Stations in the country, these professionals were trained to optimize nationwide shipping while prioritizing team well-being and safety.
Prime Day is just one of the many benefits available to Prime members. In Brazil, Amazon Prime includes fast, free shipping with no minimum purchase, exclusive deals, movies, and series on Prime Video, ad-free music and podcasts on Amazon Music Prime, access to hundreds of books and magazines with Prime Reading, a three-month free Audible trial, and free games on Prime Gaming.

- Pillow Top by Casa Dona, Castile Soap by Ameize Natural Cosmetics, and the 4-Pillow Set by Select Fibra e Textil were some of the top-selling SME products.
