AD Lifestyle invests in Generative AI to boost sales and revolutionize the e-commerce experience

AD Lifestyle, a traditional Rio-based fashion brand founded in 1984, found in Generative Artificial Intelligence a strategic differentiator to enhance customer experience and optimize its results. With advanced natural language processing and context analysis technology, the Wizard system, created by ShopNext.AI, now allows consumers to perform more intuitive searches on AD Lifestyle’s website, receive accurate recommendations, and get instant answers about products, orders, and exchange policies. Meanwhile, in the Genius solution, AI behaves like a virtual assistant, simulating the experience of an in-store salesperson, interacting in real-time and assisting customers in their shopping journey. The solution was integrated not only into AD Lifestyle’s website but also into the brand’s WhatsApp via Genius via WhatsApp, where it is used to recover abandoned carts and launch targeted promotional campaigns. 

According to Pedro Duarte, CEO of ShopNext.AI, the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence in digital retail is just beginning but already demonstrates its transformative potential. ‘Online consumers are increasingly demanding, seeking fast, seamless, and personalized experiences. Our technology enables brands like AD Lifestyle to deliver faster and more efficient service, reducing friction in the purchasing process and increasing conversion,’ explains the executive.
