Neurotech announces two new directors to expand the Product sector

A Neurotech, a B3 company specialized in the creation of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data systems and solutions for the credit, insurance, retail, and healthcare sectors, has just announced the appointment of two new directors related to the Products sector. The new department structure now includes Arthur Padilha as Director of Products, while Fabiano Yasuda takes on the role of Director of Partnerships and Pre-sales.

According to the company, since the beginning of July, the Products sector has undergone a necessary restructuring to provide greater autonomy and expansion of operations in the market, as well as the co-creation of personalized solutions for clients.

Rodrigo Cunha, Vice President of Products at Neurotech and responsible for creating this new organizational level, highlights the fundamental role of the two employees in recent challenges at the company. “Both are professionals with vast experience in the market, and since they joined our team, I have closely followed their efforts to achieve results that have raised Neurotech’s revenue and innovation to new heights in recent years. In addition to demonstrating technical competence in general, they have stood out for their leadership skills and alignment with the company’s culture,” he says.

Arthur Padilha is a graduate in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco, where he also completed a master’s degree in Augmented Reality. With over a decade of experience, he was the CEO and co-founder of startups like Aplicativos de Bolso, an EdTech company that was acquired in 2021, and a professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at BAEX Executive Education. He has extensive experience in innovation and technology, acting as a mentor for over 100 technology startups in programs like MIT HackBrazil, Inovativa, and others. At Neurotech since 2021, as Product Superintendent, he led the development of new Platform and Analytics products for the entire credit journey (granting, collection, anti-fraud, etc.) and led complex projects like Desenrola Brasil alongside B3 in 2023.

Fabiano Yasuda has been in the Neurotech Product team since 2023, after a successful career at B3, being responsible for the partnership, business, and alliance strategy across all of Neurotech/B3’s verticals. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of São Paulo and a master’s in Economics and Finance from Insper. With 17 years in the market, he was also responsible for various data and analytics initiatives at Itaú-Unibanco, leading one of the institution’s modeling and quantitative methods areas. He teaches data strategy in post-graduate studies at IBMEC-SP.
