ExpoAgas: Fernanda Tochetto, from Rio Grande do Sul, speaks about leadership and business transformation at the Agas Mulher Knowledge Arena.

ExpoAgas 2024, the largest event in the supermarket sector of the Southern Cone, will have the special participation of Fernanda Tochetto, an authority psychologist in emotional health for business transformation through entrepreneurial performance and ambience. The 41st edition is a milestone not only because it should move 63 thousand visitors and R$700 million in business, beating the records of recent years, but because it will be the first after the greatest climate catastrophe occurred in Rio Grande do Sul. 

“This event is a powerful demonstration of resilience and resilience”, says Fernanda, proud to share with other women the stage of Agas Mulher's Knowledge Arena. Cynthia Requena and Manuela Bordasch will also be on the panel on leadership and career, which will take place on August 21, at 14h, at the Fiergs Events Center in Porto Alegre, a city whose population consists of 53,99% of women, according to data from the last Demographic Census of 2022, released by IBGE.

According to Fernanda, bringing women to talk about business intelligence is to value the particularities and strengths of these entrepreneurs, and their roles in the recovery of the state economy. “Since my formation, I believe in the democratization of knowledge as a tool for transforming lives and businesses”, he explains. “In this sense, ExpoAgas 2024 is not only a business fair, but a symbol of how, together, we can transform challenges into opportunities, rebuild our career and business and move forward, stronger than ever”.

Fernanda Tochetto, who has already impacted more than 100 thousand people with her 23 years of work focused on emotional health and entrepreneurial performance, joins a cycle of renowned speakers, such as Maju Coutinho, Rubens Barrichello and Fabricio Carpinejar, bringing a unique perspective. The psychologist works with her own methodology, registered in the bestseller of the same name, “aia do Draft”, and brings, as a starting point, the unlocking of mental locks that impede business growth.
