On the last day of May 13, the brand held its first live on the platform, marking its official entry into the world of live and social commerce.
The transmission was done in partnership with content creators and featured product presentations, usage tips, and exclusive offers. The strategy aims to explore the Live Shopping format, one of the four immersive experiences offered by TikTok Shop, allowing consumers to discover and purchase products directly during live streams with much more ease.
According to data from the platform itself, 4 out of 5 people say they would make purchases on social networks after watching videos or live streams, and TikTok already leads as the main source of new product discovery for Brazilian consumers. This trend reinforces Multicoisas’ commitment to the channel as a strategic sales and audience engagement tool.
