RD Summit 2025: beyond content, the event promises connections to strengthen businesses

RD Station, a TOTVS business unit, announces the launch of RD Summit 2025, the largest Marketing, Sales, and Ecommerce event in Latin America. Established in São Paulo’s official event calendar, the event will take place on November 5, 6, and 7 at Expo Center Norte. The 11th edition’s theme is “Connections that strengthen businesses“, bringing together experts, practical content, solutions, and trends to generate powerful connections.

“RD Summit 2025 marks a new chapter in our history, now fully integrated into the TOTVS ecosystem. This convergence allows us to amplify the event’s impact by combining the innovation and market education expertise that has always been in RD Station’s DNA with TOTVS’s scale and expertise. Together, we will enhance the network of connections between those transforming the digital landscape and those already driving Brazil, creating an even richer and more impactful environment for all participants,” highlights Vicente Rezende, CMO of RD Station.

Among this year’s novelties, new names are confirmed for the stage, such as: Andrew McLuhan – director of the McLuhan Institute and grandson of Marshal McLuhan, one of the greatest names in global communication; Brazilian writer Carla Madeira; Erich Shibata – designer and creative director at Cimed; Sarah Buchwitz – CEO of Grupo Flow. Additionally, Flavia Mussalem from Quinto Andar; Igão, host of the Flow Podcast; Theo Orosco, RD Station ambassador; and Walter Longo, founder of Unimark; join the constellation of personalities requested by the event’s audience, such as Martha Gabriel from Futurenow; Marcos Piangers, speaker on technology and innovation, creativity and parenthood, author of the best-selling book “O Papai é Pop”; and Genesson Honorato from Kuba.

Business and connection generation

In 2024, over 20,000 people attended in person, and 50,000 followed the parallel programming of the Live Show online, with content broadcast live from the event. 60% of the audience consisted of leadership figures, resulting in over R$ 200 million in business generated and more than 180,000 leads collected by sponsors. With six months to go until the next edition, the event already has over 5,000 confirmed participants and 110 sponsoring brands from various sectors, such as Conquer, BuzzLead, Vende-C, Instax Fujifilm, MBA USP/Esalq, MeetRox, 8D Hubify, and more. The Startup Corner is also noteworthy, having sold out all spots six months in advance, prompting the opening of a new batch due to demand from startups wanting to exhibit at the event.

Participants will have access to practical educational content across three main tracks: Marketing, Sales, and Ecommerce, along with other thematic stages and new content formats, including more panels. Additionally, connections will strengthen through exchanges between experts and solutions at the Business Fair spanning over 20,000 square meters. A highlight is the expansion of Mundo Ecommerce, a dedicated space for companies in the sector, featuring commercial booths and content areas on the topic.

RD Summit 2025 will feature over 300 speakers across three days of programming. Tickets are now available on the official website and come in two access types: Passport and VIP, both granting access to all three event days.
