RD Station brings content about AI, digital and conversational marketing to E-commerce Brazil Forum 2025

RD Station, a business unit of TOTVS, presents exclusive content for the audience at the E-commerce Brasil Forum 2025, one of the main events on e-commerce in Brazil. The agenda includes topics covering the entire universe of online sales, such as management, AI, personalization, digital marketing, conversational commerce, omnichannel strategies, among others. The event takes place between July 29 and 31 at the Anhembi District, in São Paulo, with the aim of boosting the sector’s development.

RD Station’s workshops will be held at the brand’s booth throughout the three days of the event. Q&A sessions and mentorship opportunities will also be available for the business unit’s clients and partners.

In addition to the content, RD Station will showcase its solutions for the segment, such as CRM for e-commerce, marketplace integration, e-commerce platform, customer service, and chatbot solutions.
