While the world watches major companies withdraw from ESG commitments, movements representing over 700 organizations sign a manifesto to maintain the diversity and inclusion agenda in Brazil. This complex universe of understandings, transformations, trends, and concerns about the near future is debated with clarity and diverse opinions in the podcast Papo IntelliGente. Hosted by executives Fernanda Toledo and Aline Oliveira, the first season’s episodes engage with professionals and experts on topics ranging from new work models, mental health, to the correlations between climate change and corporate positioning.
Available on YouTube and Spotify, the podcast Papo IntelliGente is conceived by Fernanda Toledo and Aline Oliveira, respectively CEO and director of IntelliGente Consult, a consulting and mentoring firm specialized in business strategies, programs, and projects.
“When we decided to make Papo IntelliGente a unique podcast, we felt there was a lack of dialogue in the practical approach to necessary market adaptations, both from the perspective of business owners and employees in their aspirations,” recalls Fernanda Toledo.
In the podcast, Aline Oliveira explains that the proposal also gives listeners the opportunity to learn about what companies are practicing and what yields results beyond trends. “We are very interested in sharing how organizations envision their future, considering innovation and corporate health for business longevity,” highlights the executive.
In conversations with personalities, leaders, and professionals from various fields, Fernanda Toledo and Aline Oliveira also share their experiences at IntelliGente in consulting to make businesses more sustainable and achieve better results.
First season episodes
In the first season, Papo IntelliGente features Raphael Henrique, Latam regional manager at Top Employers Institute. A global authority in HR excellence, Top Employers certified this year over 2,400 organizations in 125 countries, including 73 Brazilian companies. In the podcast, intergenerational dynamics, Generation Z’s role in the job market, mental health, new work models, and the impact of global trends on Brazilian companies are key discussion topics.
Aline Oliveira and Fernanda Toledo also discuss how work ecosystems make sense for companies seeking to accelerate or improve processes more quickly. The conversation also touches on the circular economy. For the podcast, they invite Paulo Silveira, CEO of FoodTech Hub Latam, which brings together companies, universities, research institutes, governmental and non-governmental organizations, foodtech startups, and venture capital. With the goal of fostering innovation in food systems through investments in foodtechs and open innovation, the ecosystem created in 2018 has become a global reference in food development and innovation.
Another episode in the first season of Papo IntelliGente features Margareth Goldenberg, CEO of Goldenberg Diversidade and executive manager of Movimento Mulher 360. With over 110 member companies, MM360 actively works to accelerate gender equity in the corporate sector. Impacts of major companies withdrawing from ESG commitments, intersectionalities, challenges faced by women in leadership roles, among other topics, provide analyses and an innovative perspective on women’s participation in the job market.
With Thierry Cintra Marcondes, an expert in Accessibility, Diversity, Innovation, and ESG, the podcast addresses diversity and inclusion in companies from the “new” global context. Thierry Marcondes discusses types of corporate accessibility (attitudinal, architectural, communicational, and digital), elaborates on meritocracy and inclusion, and shares his experience as a deaf person in the corporate world.
A proposal that differs from traditional banks is brought by José Carlos Rosa Junior in Papo IntelliGente. In this episode, the regional Development Manager at Sicredi Iguaçu PR/SC and the Metropolitan Region of Campinas/SP talks about how microcredits function in small business development. The executive also showcases Sicredi’s innovative floating branches serving riverside communities.
In the episode featuring Alessandra Fajardo, Director of Strategy and Sustainability and an expert in Regenerative Agriculture, the podcast explores how innovation and sustainability intertwine for the development of new business models and global challenges. COP 30, also central to the discussion, outlines opportunities and gains for the country from the UN’s global event on climate change. In this context, Aline Oliveira and Fernanda Toledo also address key sustainability trends, not only in agribusiness but in other market segments that will shape the future in the next five years.
