The Pague Menos and Extrafarma pharmacy chain, the second-largest retail pharmacy chain in the country, has been nominated for the 2025 Reclame Aqui Award in the categories “Drugstores and Pharmacies – Large Operations” and “Drugstores and Pharmacies,” respectively. This year, the Award celebrates its 15th anniversary, solidifying its position as the largest and most important recognition of customer service and reputation in Brazil, where consumers vote for companies that offer the best experiences and efficiently resolve issues.
In 2024, Extrafarma was crowned the grand champion in the “Pharmacies” category, while Pague Menos was the runner-up in the “Pharmacies – Large Operations” category. The last edition received over 15 million votes across more than 300 categories.
