The Pague Menos and Extrafarma pharmacy network, the second-largest retail pharmacy chain in the country, has been nominated for the 2025 Reclame Aqui Award in the categories “Drugstores and Pharmacies – Large Operations” and “Drugstores and Pharmacies,” respectively. This year, the Award celebrates its 15th anniversary, solidifying its position as Brazil’s largest and most prestigious recognition for customer service and reputation, where consumers vote for companies that offer the best experiences and efficiently resolve issues.
In 2024, Extrafarma was crowned the champion in the “Pharmacies” category, while Pague Menos was the runner-up in the “Pharmacies – Large Operations” category. In the last edition, the initiative received over 15 million votes across more than 300 categories.
