The ExpoEcomm Circuit 2025, Brazil’s largest traveling e-commerce event, begins its journey on March 18th in Canoas (RS) and will visit eight cities throughout the year.
With expectations of 10,000 participants and 30 exhibiting companies per edition, the event establishes itself as one of the main hubs for networking, innovation, and industry updates.
This year’s edition highlights Artificial Intelligence, a tool that has been transforming consumer experience and boosting conversion rates in e-commerce. Another trending topic will be cashback, with new strategies to retain customers and increase purchase recurrence.
Sustainability in e-commerce will also be a key agenda item, reflecting the growing demand for responsible and differentiated practices in the sector. Meanwhile, omnichannel and social commerce gain space with discussions about integrating physical and digital stores and the impact of social networks on purchasing behavior.
