Inventta, a consulting firm specialized in innovation and strategy, announces the return of Panorama Inventta, an initiative that gained momentum during the pandemic as a space for dialogue among leaders, experts, and companies about the direction of innovation in Brazil. The new season premieres on July 24 at 10:30 AM, with a debate on one of the most pressing topics for today’s corporate environment: “New business models: how large companies create new businesses without losing their DNA”.
Unlike conventional events, Panorama focuses on strategic, direct content connected to the reality of companies. The proposal is to broaden perspectives on innovation, discussing its practical implications for structure, culture, and organizational strategy, with a focus on real impact rather than passing trends.
“We know the innovation landscape can intimidate less mature companies. Our role is to open this field, contextualize it, and connect it with business realities,” says Vitor Freitas, marketing analyst at Inventta. For him, Panorama has established itself as a tool for building repertoire and exchange among those on the front lines of transformation.
The first meeting of the new season will feature names such as Mariana Triveloni (leader of the Avannti platform), Vinícius Arantes Sousa (project leader at Inventta) and a representative from Toledo, moderated by the Inventta team itself. The focus will be sharing experiences on how to validate new businesses within large organizations without breaking internal culture or compromising governance.
Among the topics to be discussed are:
- Why 87% of corporate innovation initiatives fail due to lack of method;
- How to validate new businesses in 90 days without compromising compliance;
- What differentiates real innovation from “innovation theater”;
- How to transform cost centers into revenue centers in corporate environments.
Over the coming months, Panorama will address strategic issues under three main pillars: business strategy, applied innovation and technology as a means. The proposal is to combine cross-cutting learnings with sectoral insights, making the content accessible to different segments and maturity levels in innovation.
“The language will be simple, but not simplistic. We want to generate conversations that truly make a difference for those who need to make tough decisions daily,” adds Vitor.
