Promoting knowledge, networking, and valuing the best digital innovation initiatives in the country. This is the goal of the Inovativos Forum, one of the leading events in this field in Brazil, which seeks to recognize these practices, discuss strategies, showcase success cases, and drive digital transformation in companies of all sizes. This year’s edition will take place on October 16th in São Paulo. Registrations are available at the link: https://foruminovativos.com.br/.
More than just an event, its purpose is to offer an immersive experience in the landscape of national digital innovation, bringing together C-level executives, directors, managers, entrepreneurs, and specialists from organizations shaping the future of business. ‘We unite key leaders from the private sector, public sector, universities, and industry associations to open broad and systemic discussions to map challenges and seek pathways and solutions for ecosystem development, making our country even more innovative and competitive. This networking can become a transformative force to drive impactful results, paving the way for an increasingly digital and sustainable future,’ explains Marcos Carvalho, General Director of the Inovativos platform.
In addition to panel discussions and debates with these professionals, the Forum will highlight the top digital innovation success cases, recognizing these efforts and fostering strategic discussions that drive this movement across more and more companies. Its program is guided by five crucial analytical pillars for these initiatives: digital technologies, customer-centricity, organizational culture and people, business value (ROI), socio-environmental impact, and governance.
This year, it is expected to gather around 300 leaders and over 30 speakers, who will participate in strategic networking moments. Among the speakers who will be present are Leonardo Castilho, CTO and CXO of Grupo Multi; Leonardo Uno, Executive Manager of Technology Compliance at Banco do Brasil; Edgard Usuy, Secretary of Science, Technology, and Innovation for the Government of Santa Catarina; Ricardo Lagreca, Legal and Government Relations Director at Mercado Livre; Harold Schultz, Chief AI Officer at Makeone; Júlia Salgado, CFO of Buser; Rafael Tobara, Director of Technology, Digital, Innovation, and CX at Grupo Elfa; Thaise Hagge, Managing Director and CTO of Compra Agora; Hamilton da Silva, Director of the Department of Digital Technology Incentives at MCTI (Federal Government); and Juliana Campos, Vice President of Operations for Latin America at Worldpay.
On the same day, the Inovativos Study Recognition and Award Ceremony will take place, an initiative organized in partnership with Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV EAESP) and Accenture. In addition to highlighting the top innovation initiatives in Brazil, the winning cases will become part of the Digital Case Library—a publicly accessible repository that disseminates best practices and inspires the entire national innovation ecosystem.
All submitted projects will be evaluated both by university experts and the consulting firm. Additionally, a Sectoral Council, composed of representatives from key economic entities, will also participate. This year, it will include stakeholders from Abcomm, ABES, Abfintechs, ABSS, Abranet, Abrarec, IBEVAR, ACSP, FecomercioSP, Ibrac, and Pagos, among others.
Innovation is not optional—it’s a necessity for survival in today’s market, ensuring business scalability and prosperity. For those looking to stay ahead on this journey, the Inovativos Forum is a strategic opportunity. ‘We believe that together, we stand a much better chance of solving challenges and paving the way for a more digital and sustainable future. That’s why we will spare no effort to make this event an ideal moment for decision-makers and leaders who want to stay updated, create strategic solutions, and learn about digital innovation cases redefining the market—cases that can unlock potential in each company,’ concludes Elis Rosa, Manager of the Inovativos Award.
