Dinamize confirms participation in VTEX DAY 2025 and launches three features for e-commerce

Dinamize, the multi-channel marketing automation platform, will once again be present at VTEX DAY, Latin America’s largest e-commerce event. On June 2 and 3, 2025, at São Paulo Expo, the company will officially launch three new features that further expand the potential for personalization, segmentation, and performance for digital businesses: Benefits Wheel, Purchase History, and the previously announced RFM Matrix.

The Benefits Wheel is an interactive pop-up that can be integrated into an online store or any website, offering discount coupons or other incentives in exchange for contact data. The idea is to keep the audience engaged through channels like email, WhatsApp, or SMS, turning visitors into qualified leads and, most importantly, into customers.

The Purchase History feature simplifies access and usage of consumer data within the Dinamize platform. With this tool, e-commerce businesses can create advanced segmentations based on information such as brand, product, size, coupon usage, shipping cost, and purchase date—all intuitively and without requiring technical knowledge about the e-commerce structure or how data is captured. It’s a practical solution that brings marketing strategies even closer to real consumer behavior.

Lastly, the RFM Matrix – Recency, Frequency, and Monetary Value – now natively integrated into the platform, enables customers to be classified based on their engagement and the value they generate for the brand. This makes it possible to create personalized campaigns for specific audiences, such as VIP customers, inactive consumers, or leads that are about to convert.
