Sólides, Brazil’s leading people management technology company for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), is hosting the seventh edition of Conectarh Brasil 2025 in Porto Alegre (RS), an in-person traveling event on trends and innovations in Human Resources and Payroll sectors. Conectarh Brasil Porto Alegre will feature a program of essential lectures and debates for professionals seeking innovation and efficiency in people management. The opening will be led by the lecture “The future isn’t tomorrow, it’s now! So what now?”, followed by presentations covering topics from behavioral intelligence to strategies for boosting company results. The event will include simultaneous tracks addressing themes such as attracting and retaining talent in multigenerational teams, employer branding, the strategic role of Payroll, and best practices to mitigate labor risks.
