The ExpoEcomm ExpoEcomm 2025, Brazil’s largest traveling e-commerce event, begins its journey on March 18th in Canoas (RS) and will visit eight cities throughout the year.
With an expected 10,000 participants and 30 exhibitors per edition, the event has established itself as one of the main hubs for networking, innovation, and industry updates.
This year’s edition highlights Artificial Intelligence, a tool transforming consumer experience and boosting e-commerce conversion rates. Another trending topic will be cashback, with new strategies to retain customers and increase purchase recurrence.
Sustainability in e-commerce will also be a key agenda item, reflecting growing demand for responsible and differentiated practices in the sector. Omnichannel and social commerce will gain traction with discussions on integrating physical and digital stores and the impact of social media on purchasing behavior.
