Giuliana Flores presents an unprecedented survey that outlines the profile of its audience, conducted from April to June 2024. The data reveals that most e-commerce buyers belong to the Y (Millennials) and X generations, totaling 42%. In terms of gender, the survey shows a tie: both men and women sought flowers to gift on special occasions during the research period.
The average ticket is around R$190, and the most sought-after items are roses, orchids, wildflowers, sunflowers, and the famous Enchanted Rose (exclusive to the brand). The company offers a catalog with over 10,000 gift options, including chocolates, wines, plush toys, and even books.
“Our data confirms Brazilians’ preference for flowers and shows that gifting them is a common habit across different generations. Always committed to our customers, we are investing in options that cater to everyone. Our expectation is to close 2024 with 1 million deliveries,” shares Clóvis Souza, CEO of Giuliana Flores.
