O Magalu just launched the “Half-Year Sale,” a new promotional campaign that will offer products with up to 50% off. Until June 30th, thousands of items will be available for half the price across all digital channels and physical stores of the company. The strategy is to consolidate yet another proprietary action that provides a shopping opportunity for customers in a month with fewer promotions in retail.
“The idea is for this campaign to be fixed, held annually, and position Magalu as the shopping destination for Brazilians by bringing consumers to our stores, websites, and app,” says Aline Queirantes, marketing and commercial director of Magalu. “There are hundreds of products with 50% discounts, encouraging our customers to take advantage of the opportunity to purchase that dream item.”
In the company’s app, customers also find special conditions on selected products, such as “flash deals” of items with 50% off, dynamic “buy more, pay only half” deals (buy 2, pay 1; buy 4, pay 2), and cashback of up to 50%.
The campaign starts this Tuesday, the 24th, with an ad during the Rede Record programming and intensifies at night during the broadcast of the game between Flamengo and Los Angeles FC in the 2025 Club World Cup on Rede Globo. Throughout the rest of the week, besides these channels, customers will be impacted on YouTube, Netflix, Globoplay, and on Sunday, during Magalu’s commercial spot on Domingão com Huck.
