For the Internship Program, applications are open from June 9 to 24 and can be submitted here. The internship duration is 12 months, with the possibility of extension, and the company provides a personalized development path for the participants.
Graduate students (bachelor’s or technologist degree) from the 2nd semester onwards in the fields of Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law, Computer Science, Accounting, or related fields can participate. Availability to work in person or in a hybrid model according to the hiring unit’s criteria is required.
The company’s average conversion rate of interns is 48.8%, highlighting its commitment to talent retention. “The initiative is part of our efforts to build a more integrated LWSA, with a strong ecosystem focused on the customer. Therefore, we seek a succession pipeline for entry-level positions, focusing on technical and behavioral skills, and professional development,” says Otávio Dantas, VP of Management, Strategy, and People at LWSA.
