The Integrated Store, an intelligent e-commerce platform, announced on Tuesday, 29, the official launch of the AI Agent Bora Varejo, created in partnership with Alfredo Soares, a national reference entrepreneur in digital retail sales, co-founder and mentor of G4 Education. The novelty is part of Komea, the artificial intelligence network of Integrated Store, developed to offer direct support to retailers, with personalized guidance, approach techniques, and practical tips to increase sales more efficiently.
The launch took place at Vtex’s headquarters in São Paulo, during a chat with retailers that brought together Alfredo Soares, Lucas Bacic, CEO of Integrated Store, and Thiago Franco, entrepreneur and Official Influencer of Mercado Livre. In the meeting, participants discussed e-commerce trends, sales strategies, and the role of artificial intelligence in supporting small entrepreneurs. After the agent’s presentation, Alfredo gave a live demonstration and the attending retailers could ask questions directly to the three guests.
Exclusively geared towards those who have a store on Loja Integrada, Bora Varejo is presented as a sales advisor. The tool combines mentoring, classes from G4 Educação, and content from the Bora Vender ecosystem, using a direct, motivational, and practical language that reflects the communication style of Alfredo Soares.
According to Alfredo, the new agent was designed to bring knowledge and practice closer in an accessible way. “Bora Varejo is an agent that carries my experience and vision of how to sell more digitally. It was created to talk to the shopkeeper, understand their struggles, and deliver practical solutions quickly and accessibly,” he states.
For Lucas Bacic, CEO of Loja Integrada, the launch of Bora Varejo reinforces the company’s commitment to making artificial intelligence a practical ally in the daily routine of shopkeepers.
