Logicalis, a global company providing information technology and communication solutions and services, is now accepting applications for the seventh edition of the Level Up program, which aims to boost the careers of underrepresented groups through IT training. The first 2025 class of Level Up will focus on Cybersecurity Fundamentals and will offer 40 exclusive spots for the target audience of the program: Black and Pardo individuals, people with disabilities (PCDs), women, LGBTQIAPN+ community members, and individuals aged 60 or older.
Level Up aims to enhance representation and increase participation of underrepresented groups in the dynamic Brazilian technology market. The initiative is part of Logicalis’ actions focused on promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) through various projects.
Candidates over 18 years old, who have completed a professional or technical IT course and are seeking opportunities for professional development, can participate in the program.
Throughout 2025, Level Up will offer two classes, totaling the training of 80 people in a unique and differentiated learning journey lasting three months. Since its launch, Level Up has been a significant milestone among Logicalis’ initiatives to promote a more diverse society connected to the future of technology.
The program, with a 100% remote and free format, will have modules covering both essential technical cybersecurity topics and the development of important soft skills for the job market. The knowledge tracks will be taught by highly qualified instructors, and the content will include cybersecurity fundamentals, customer management, digital mindset, and other relevant themes to prepare participants for future opportunities in the technology field.
An important feature of Level Up is the individualized guidance of each participant by a mentor from Logicalis. The biweekly mentorships aim to support the process of self-awareness and enhance the competencies and values of each professional, with the support of a behavioral assessment tool.
At the end of the learning journey, all participants who complete the program will receive a completion certificate issued by Logicalis.
