According to a PageGroup survey, 80% of professionals resign because they are not happy with the leadership they are subjected to. With that said, Talent Academy, an HRTech company that offers solutions for the Human Resources (HR) sector and people management, announces leadership development programs, focusing on critical skills and guidance based on each company’s unique data. The project was developed based on the startup’s technology, which, together with the data analysis team, makes it possible to identify the main strengths and weaknesses of leadership in each organization.
The program was developed based on the methodology adopted by HRtech, including the 70-20-10 learning model, which considers the importance of practice and interactions with colleagues and mentors, as well as formal learning: a combination of truly effective actions to prepare leaders for the challenge of managing the most diverse generations in the rapidly changing business world.
“We believe that leadership development is one of the fundamental pillars for the success of any organization. With the Talent Leadership Academy, we offer a comprehensive and exclusive program that allows companies a truly personalized leadership training, based on data, measurable, and capable of transforming managers — even those new to the role — into transformative leaders, ready to face the multiple challenges of the corporate world, prepared to innovate and achieve results,” says Mauricio Betti, CEO and Co-founder of Talent Academy.
The Talent Academy program consists of several stages. Among the main topics covered are self-awareness, self-leadership competencies, and self-management (such as self-discipline and coherence), as well as interpersonal and adaptive skills linked to transformative leadership (such as communication and strategy), and other important topics on demand (such as D&I, mental health, ESG, generational conflict, AI, and organizational transformation).
The project includes 10 hours of workshops, 5 hours of group mentoring, 3 individual coaching sessions for each leader, a completion certificate, and a closing event. In addition, participants will have access to online tracks with practical and immediately applicable content in the corporate environment. They will also have the consultative support of one or more renowned expert partners in people management, such as Mariana Holanda (former Ambev and Brazil’s first mental health director), Anna Damico (BCG), and Maryana with Y (TEDx speaker), assigned according to the client’s needs.
“We designed the project to provide a complete learning experience aligned with market demands and considering best practices. Our goal is to contribute to the development of leaders capable of driving the growth of their teams and, consequently, their respective corporations,” highlights Renata Betti, CGO, and Co-founder of Talent Academy.
