Pompéia, a renowned fashion brand with a physical presence in Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina, celebrates 10 years of its e-commerce operation this month. Launched in August 2014, the company's website has been a milestone in the brand's expansion, allowing its products to reach every corner of Brazil.
Ana Paula Ferrão Cardoso, Marketing, CRM, and E-commerce Director at Pompéia, highlights the significant impact of the online platform: “With our virtual presence, we have a strong foothold in the South and Southeast regions. We've increased our visibility, allowing us to undertake large-scale actions and invest in events in other states. Currently, Pompéia offers its democratic and accessible fashion to all of Brazil.”
The reach of the online store is exemplified by sales ranging from Camaquã, in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul, to Cruzeiro do Sul, in Acre. The company even reports boat deliveries to local communities in Amazonas, demonstrating its commitment to serving customers in all regions of the country.
Beyond its website, Pompéia expanded its purchasing options, offering customers the possibility of buying products via WhatsApp and through the Pompéia app, reinforcing its multichannel strategy.
To celebrate this important milestone, the company is promoting E-commerce Anniversary Week, from August 19th to 25th, with special campaigns and specific policies for online customers.
This celebration marks not only a decade of success in e-commerce, but also highlights Pompéia's evolution from a regional brand to a national player in the fashion market, offering its democratic and accessible fashion proposition to consumers throughout Brazil.
