Getnet Brasil, a technology company specialized in payment solutions from the PagoNxt group, belonging to Santander, announced today the opening of registrations for its Affirmative Young Apprentice Program. The program, aimed exclusively at self-declared black youth, offers 11 positions in various areas of the company, including Commercial, Finance, Audit, Marketing, HR, IT, Risks, and Business.
The opportunities are available in the cities of São Paulo and Porto Alegre, with registrations open until July 31. The program seeks candidates between 16 and 22 years old who have never participated in a previous young apprentice program, who reside in one of the cities with available positions, and who have completed or are attending High School, Technical School, or College.

Among them are life insurance, transportation allowance, birthday leave, Gympass, annual vaccination campaign, Summer Get, and access to the Specialized Personal Support Program (PAPE).
With this initiative, Getnet Brasil reaffirms its commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The company aims to provide first employment opportunities for black talents, contributing to the creation of a more diverse, integrated, and motivating professional environment.
