Galoppo, a real estate investment manager, announced the acquisition of one of the warehouses in the Braspark Logistics Condominium, located in the city of Garuva, Santa Catarina, on SC-417 Highway. The property is located near the border with Paraná and close to SC-416, a significant access area for the cities of Joinville, Itapoá, and Guaratuba. The acquired area is 22.7 thousand m² and is leased to Ascensus Group from Joinville, specialized in logistics solutions.
The total land area has a total of 61.7 thousand m². The remaining space belongs to the company Braspark, which offers storage solutions and logistics solutions.
The construction of the area acquired by Galoppo was completed in 2021. The remaining land had its completion in 2023.
Galoppo expects to carry out R$400 million in acquisitions in the coming months. By 2025, the goal is to reach a total of R$2 billion in assets under management.
