Recently, Fernando Baldin, Country Manager Latam of AutomationEdge, received the Personality of the Year award from HDI Brazil at Experience HDI 2024, an event held by HDI Brazil, the institute responsible for bringing together best practices and the community of IT service management, support, and technical assistance in the country, which took place at Resort Club Med Lake Paradise & Metaverso, in Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo.
The award is a symbol of dedication, effort, and generosity, always given to a professional who has dedicated themselves to the community and the IT market. Before being announced on stage, Baldin was praised not only as a good professional with an understanding of service management but also as someone who shares their knowledge with other professionals in the sector. Therefore, the trophy recognizes not only technical capabilities but also the ability to inspire others.
Stepping onto the stage, Baldin thanked his professional colleagues and his family. ‘First of all, I would like to thank the entire HDI team for this fantastic event and also my entire family. In 2013, it was the first time I presented at HDI, and today it is a pleasure to receive this award and be recognized in an area to which I dedicate myself every day,’ commented the executive.
The HDI Experience is the largest and most immersive IT services event in Latin America. This was its 16th edition, which featured content and lectures transmitted both online on the metaverse platform and in-person for the entire audience. Bringing content, experiences, and innovations to the IT community. Last year, the event brought together more than 1,500 professionals and IT service and Innovation companies from all Brazilian states. Over 60% were leaders and decision-makers, which enhanced business generation and strategic management improvement.
