ESPM is now enrolling for Vacation Courses on Employer Branding

The ESPM, a leading school in Marketing and Innovation focused on business, is open for enrollment for the summer courses with topics related to Employer Branding. The courses take place between July and August, with online and live classes, or in-person, at the campuses in São Paulo, Porto Alegre, and Rio de Janeiro.   • Employer Branding: Building and Managing Employer Brand

The course starts on July 23 and takes place on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm, with a duration of 12 hours. The program is aimed at professionals in corporate communication, internal communication, and people management, as well as professionals interested in the topic. The course aims to show participants concepts such as organizational culture, employer brand, and value proposition to employees.

  • Strategic Endomarketing Campaign Creation

The course starts on August 19 and takes place from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm, online and live, with a workload of 12 hours. The program is intended for managers, coordinators, analysts, and other professionals in the areas of Corporate Communication, Endomarketing, People Development, Human Resources, Corporate Marketing, Institutional Communication, and other areas that deal with people and talents within organizations. The course aims to prepare the student to develop an Endomarketing campaign from start to finish.

The course starts on August 26 and takes place from Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm, online and live, with a workload of 12 hours. The program is aimed at professionals in Internal Communication and Endomarketing, Human Resources, and those interested in working in the field seeking a practical guide to conduct communication with results. The course aims to provide knowledge for the creation and execution of Internal Communication and Endomarketing planning considering organizational culture strategically.
