For Giordania Tavares, CEO of Rayflex, a national reference in the manufacture of high-speed doors in Brazil and Latin America, to lead a successful leadership,  it is essential to always be present, close to the followers, and to develop direct, clear, and objective communication. “Managing a company to be a market reference is a very big challenge, so keeping the team engaged and having transparent communication with the teams is crucial to exercise successful leadership. In this way, I seek to always be aware of day-to-day operations and allow collaborators to have a direct exchange with me by WhatsApp, calls, online meetings, or face-to-face meetings. This way, we can make adjustments when necessary and always make it clear what the company expects from each one,” comments the executive.

Paula Faria, CEO of Sua Hora Unha, a network specialized in the care of nails, hands, and feet, believes that women are experts in planning and organization since with the accumulation of functions, they need to manage time well to fulfill commitments. “With well-defined processes and an aligned team, it is possible to step away from the operational side and focus on business expansion through the replication of a successful management model,” she explains. In addition, an entrepreneur must be a generalist, understand a little of all sectors, and constantly specialize in the main pain point of their business model. “With a broad perception, you can establish connections between departments and act strategically to solve a problem when it arises and develop processes to prevent them from recurring,” guides the businesswoman.
For pharmaceutical and biochemical Vanessa Vilela, founder of Kapeh Cosmetics and Special Coffees, it is essential to have an entrepreneurial vision that any leader needs, especially for women who wish to stand out in the market. “This vision must be incorporated into the company’s culture, where leaders offer encouragement and serve as examples to be followed,” she says. She emphasizes that it has to be strategic: “Bosses should focus on improving results and encourage their teams to identify opportunities,” she reports. The CEO also offers valuable guidance to all who wish to be successful: “Qualify yourselves and seek personal and professional growth every day. Only through this continuous growth and increased knowledge will we be able to advance and conquer new spaces,” she guides.
According to Dr. Mirelle José Ruivo, a gynecologist, and obstetrician, founder of Mulherez, the first intimate rejuvenation clinic and eyebrow transplant, it is essential to develop the skill of adaptation, a necessary characteristic for leadership in a constantly changing market. She emphasizes the relevance of investing in courses and studies as the first step to achieve success. “Putting this knowledge into practice is what really makes the difference. Persisting and seeking alternatives to achieve goals,” says the doctor.
