This milestone was made possible through various actions promoted by the company, including the creation of a project in partnership with Intelipost, a leading provider of logistics intelligence, specifically with the TMS (Transport Management System), a comprehensive software focused on route management, freight calculation, dispatch management, delivery tracking, invoice auditing, among other functionalities.
In 2019, the company shipped approximately 17,000 packages per month. This number reached the mark of 170,000 packages sent monthly to a base of over 400,000 active customers. dōTERRA had room for improvement in its logistics operation in Brazil before implementing Intelipost’s solution. The manual process of updating order status led to a high number of customer contacts seeking information about delivery, impacting the customer service team. Additionally, obstacles like manually generating shipping labels were hurdles that directly impacted the company’s operational efficiency.
