A Nortrez, a technology hub focused on bringing Latin American companies closer to cutting-edge software from around the world, announces a partnership with Document360, a brand of the Indian developer Kovai.Co, known in the B2B SaaS industry. The platform, a knowledge base powered by AI for software projects and documentation, is now available in the country through Nortrez, which will be responsible for its distribution in Latin America.
With Document360, it is possible to create rich documentation and knowledge base for internal and external offerings in a straightforward manner. The solution can be customized to meet the needs of companies of various sizes, all with easy-to-configure features.
“Some of the key features of the tool include: maintaining a single source of information within an organization, creating, managing, and sharing technical and process documentation, using a knowledge base with useful information to reduce the number of tickets and manual work of support agents, leading to operational scalability, as well as integrating your API documentation from other platforms like Github and Swagger, for example, into a public or private documentation, making your APIs available in an easy-to-use portal,” explains the Head of New Brands at Nortrez, Eduardo Schio.
This way, the platform allows managing multiple project documentations, setting up user teams, API support, making internal information flow more dynamic, and viewing analytics that will help keep the knowledge base content updated and relevant all the time. McDonald’s, Virgin, Insider, Ticketmaster, and Access are some of the companies that have already embraced the solution.
“When we seek innovative partners, we opt for tools that solve not only current pains but also challenges that the market will still face in the near future. The idea is to be prepared to meet the demands that will come”, highlights the Nortrez CEO Alexandre Schio.
Currently, Nortrez, the partner responsible for bringing Document360 to Brazil, has over 1300 customers and nine brands in the portfolio (Attemics, Chatlabel, Freshworks, GoTo, Hiver, LastPass, monday.com, Zluri, and now Document360). The hub offers a new perspective on the adoption of technologies for management, focusing on experiences between managers, employees, and customers from the resources, thus creating more efficient, competitive, and beloved operations.
