Almost 50 years ago, in the late 1970s to be precise, the clothing industry began to develop in Cianorte, northern Paraná. The movement intensified to the point that, by the early 2000s, the municipality and 13 others in that region had become a cluster—or local production arrangement (APL)—specializing in fashion.
In addition to clothing manufacturing, other logistics and support activities also developed, forming the so-called cluster or APL. Among them, the information technology sector. It was in this context that the current Irrah Tech was born in 2004.
From a supplier of tools initially focused on that production chain, the company expanded, became an innovation ecosystem, and today offers digital solutions to companies across a variety of industries, from all over Brazil and even abroad. Solutions include artificial intelligence.
The Irrah Tech ecosystem consists of five solutions, the pillars of its business. These include the artificial intelligence GPT Maker, launched in 2024; Kigi, an ERP software; Plug Chat, a technology for integrating multiple WhatsApp numbers into a single contact method; Dispara Aí, a WhatsApp automation platform; and E Vendi, an e-commerce platform. Another brand, Z-api, was also developed by the company and is currently controlled by a North American holding company.
Irrah Tech’s forerunner is César Baleco, who founded Grands Sistemas in 2004, primarily to serve the Cianorte production system. A year later, Miriã Plens and Diego Berteli joined forces. Rapidly expanding and breaking geographic boundaries, the group was joined by Mateus Miranda and Felipe Sabadini in 2018.
The name Irrah was incorporated. “It’s a word that conveys that cry of joy we let out, that wells up in our hearts, when we achieve something, or are surprised by some innovation, something special. It’s this cry that expresses the impact our ecosystem seeks to generate,” explain César Balenco and Miriã Plens.
Last year, as part of the company’s rebranding, the word Tech was added to the name Irrah. Furthermore, the organization established itself no longer as an umbrella grouping brands and their respective tools, but rather as a true innovation ecosystem—where solutions for specific functionalities interconnect.
“We continue to view each product as part of an ecosystem. A customer using a particular tool begins to see Irrah Tech as not only a provider of that functionality, but also of digital solutions that drive business in general—sales, communication, management—all available in our product and service portfolio,” the partners explain.
Along with the rebranding and technology development and improvement, there’s also investment in people management. According to César and Miriã, the differentiators that the Irrah Tech ecosystem offers to the market are the result of a qualified and motivated team. The company recently hosted a discussion between people management specialist Luciana Orso and company leaders.
“The conversation covered topics such as performance evaluation, individual development plans, and the role of leadership in driving the growth of each professional,” the executives describe. “Because, before any code, any process, any delivery, any algorithm, we are people,” they emphasize.
