Six inspiring stories and trajectories will take the stage at the Women's Entrepreneurship event, to be held on October 7th, starting at 1:30 PM at Espaço Villa Rica (211 R. Piauí). The schedule includes a talk with six women entrepreneurs who will share some of the challenges they faced to achieve professional success. They are: Elieth Hodas, from Panetteria Palhano; Graziele Cardoso, psychoanalyst and hypnotherapist; Karynne Santos, lawyer specializing in Social Security Law; Rafaela Sandoval, who works with health and wellness and is the founder of Serenity Spa Terapeutico; Mayhara Magley, accountant and CEO of Advance Garantidora; and Chris Magaldes, branding, marketing, and communication strategist.
“It will be a moment for us to see that the life of a woman entrepreneur is not always full of flowers. There are thorns along the way, and we will share the strength each one had to overcome every obstacle,” says Léia Marcolina, from Santopano, one of the organizers alongside Alexsandra Oliveira, master of ceremonies and events. “It is important to promote this sisterhood on stage to enhance the meeting, the networking, and the partnerships that may arise from sharing these stories,” emphasizes Alexsandra. Tickets are already in the second batch, cost R$ 125 (plus fee), and are available online. Part of the revenue from ticket sales will be allocated to purchasing food for the benefit of Casa de Apoio Amigos do HU (University Hospital).
Elieth
Thirty years ago, Eliete Hodas unexpectedly entered the baking industry and transformed this challenge into a success story. Today, she is the owner of Panetteria Palhano, a benchmark in Londrina, which serves hundreds of customers daily and has a team of over 70 employees. Her experience in sales, finance, and management was essential to transforming the bakery into a solid and innovative business. At the Women's Entrepreneurship event, Eliete will share her inspiring journey of overcoming challenges, leadership, and achievements in the baking industry.
Graziele
Graziele Cardoso is a psychoanalyst, hypnotherapist, and neurolinguistic programmer. With a background in administration and a postgraduate degree in Compliance and Risk Management, she decided to overcome fear and insecurity to start from scratch in the mental health field. In the talk, she will share her transformation journey, how she found the strength to move forward even amidst doubts and insecurities. She will show that with courage and determination, she managed to rebuild herself and, regardless of the circumstances, it is always possible to turn things around. Among the topics, she will discuss self-knowledge in the career transition journey, addressing new beginnings, resilience, and self-esteem, essential elements for those who wish to change paths with confidence.
Karynne
Lawyer Karynne Pires Santos, a specialist in Social Security Law, was born in Paranaguá and came to Londrina knowing only her husband and in-laws. She built the K & Santos Advogados law firm from the ground up, opened a branch on the coast of Paraná, today has a large client portfolio, and even helps colleagues. In November, she will launch the book “LOAS – Social Assistance Benefit”. She holds seven postgraduate degrees in Law and is a member of the Social Security Law Commission of the OAB-PR Londrina Subsection. Among the women entrepreneurs, she will share a part of the journey that led her to success.
Rafaela
Businesswoman and creator of Serenity Spa Terapêutico, Rafaela Sandoval holds a degree in Journalism and a specialization in Marketing, but she created a space dedicated to the integral care of the body and mind. Today, she works with the purpose of inspiring women to believe in their own capacity, to break barriers, and to think outside the box. And this is what she will bring to the talk, in addition to sharing the beginning of her entrepreneurial journey. She will talk about how every difficulty can hide an opportunity and what seems like a barrier can be the start of something new. From a customer complaint or a crisis, one can find inspiration to improve service and reinvent processes.
Mayhara
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Law and being an accountant, Mayhara Magley Ferreira is the CEO and founder of Advance Garantidora, a company that for over 12 years has been operating in several Brazilian states, ensuring monthly revenue and financial security for condominiums. At the event, she will share with the audience the challenges and achievements of being a woman and an entrepreneur in a competitive and conservative market, showing how the courage to innovate can open paths, in addition to demonstrating that it is possible to balance motherhood with managing a growing business. On the agenda, how she turned condominium delinquency into a source of revenue through resilience, innovation, and humanized leadership.
Chris
With a degree in Marketing and specializations in sales management, branding, and neuromarketing, Chris Magaldes is a branding, marketing, and communication strategist, CEO of Magaldes Comunicação & Marketing. Her trajectory goes beyond diplomas: it is made of experiences, overcoming challenges, and, above all, purpose. She hosts the program "Mulheres" on Paiquerê 91.7, the only all-female radio program in Londrina, with female guests who share topics relevant to this audience. In the talk, Chris will discuss branding and the rebranding of the Women's Entrepreneurship event, explaining the process of a brand reinventing itself and expanding its business.
