Latin America is currently ranked 7th globally among countries that have moved the most Venture Capital resources in the last five years, with $36.9 billion invested between 2019 and 2023, according to the report by Distrito in partnership with SoftBank. In 2024, Brazil reached US$ 816.8 million in investments, according to a KPMG report, after a challenging period between 2023 and the first quarter of 2024.
It is in this context that São Paulo hosts, on September 25 and 26, the "Bossa Summit: The Meeting Point of the Venture Capital Market," one of the largest startup investment events in Brazil. Focused on discussing the future of the sector, the event will address the prospects of medium and long-term investment funds, as well as highlight the main market trends and explore strategies for forming strategic partnerships. The event promises to bring together major names from the innovation ecosystem and investors seeking growth opportunities.
Among the speakers at the Bossa Summit is Claudio Dias, CEO of Magis5, a startup focused on marketplace integration and automation, which received an investment from Bossanova Investimentos in 2022.
