The Decola Garota program, a partnership between Amazon Brazil and Rede Mulher Empreendedora (RME), announced Jessica Thome (Inovabee), Gislaine Silva (Mel & Mar), and Marina Cunha (Nina Soul) as the winners of the fifth edition of the acceleration program. Focusing on qualifying women with formalized businesses (CNPJ) that operate in the sale of physical products, the online and free initiative assists in the expansion of e-commerce, especially through the marketplace of Amazon.com.br, boosting female entrepreneurship in Brazil.
The ceremony, held on Friday (16), marked the end of a cycle that trained 150 women since September 2025. Participants had access to a complete content track on time management, communication, customer relationship management, brand registration, catalog creation, and the use of Amazon's logistics.
“O Decola Garota represents our ongoing commitment to female entrepreneurship in Brazil. Seeing 150 empowered women and three winners who exemplify excellence and determination shows us that we are on the right track. We will continue to provide the tools and support needed for female entrepreneurs from across the country to scale their businesses in Brazil and e-commerce”, says Virginia Pavin, Marketplace Director at Amazon Brazil.
In addition to training, 50 entrepreneurs with active stores in the Amazon.com.br were selected for collective mentoring led by Amazon and RME specialists. Among them, 20 businesses that met the program's criteria received financial resources and post-project mentoring for continuous support. The three outstanding finalists, who demonstrated great scaling potential, were awarded cash prizes to invest in their businesses.
Meet the winners of the 5th edition of the Decola Garota program:
- 1st Place: Jessica Thome, owner of Inovabee, who will receive R$10 thousand
“Participating in Decola Garota by RME and Amazon was a turning point for me as an entrepreneur and for Inovabee as a business. I receive the first-place award with great gratitude and with the certainty that we have much to grow on the platform; this is just the beginning of our story.”.
- 2nd Place: Gislaine Jesus Silva, owner of Mel & Mar Fantasia Infantil, who will receive R$6 thousand
“Having this recognition through the Decola Garota Project represents much more than an an award; it is proof that women, even in the face of great challenges, can reach the podium and turn their dreams into reality. As a single mother of twins, I know how much entrepreneurship in Brazil requires courage, emotional strength, and daily resilience, and being among the Top 3 made me feel proud, strengthened, and even more responsible for inspiring other women. I want other mothers, especially single mothers, to understand that it is possible to undertake, grow, and be recognized, even starting with few resources.”.
- 3rd Place: Marina Calixto Cunha, owner of Nina Soul, who will receive R$3 thousand
“Decola Garota reduced my learning curve and transformed a complex platform into something achievable. It helped me create processes for the marketplace and will also help me build working capital. Furthermore, it promoted community building, which is a watchword in my company and creation. After all, we women only have ourselves, and that's a lot.”.
With the fifth edition of the program, Amazon and RME reaffirm their commitment to strengthening female entrepreneurship, promoting access to the digital market, income generation, and economic inclusion throughout Brazil.
“O Decola Garota nasce da convicção de que acesso é o que transforma. Quando mulheres empreendedoras têm conhecimento, ferramentas e conexão com o mercado, elas ganham poder de escolha e autonomia econômica. Essa parceria com a Amazon amplia horizontes e mostra que o e-commerce pode, e deve, ser um caminho viável de crescimento para negócios liderados por mulheres em todo o Brasil”, afirma Ana Fontes, fundadora da Rede Mulher Empreendedora.
