The Pague Menos and Extrafarma pharmacy chains, the second largest retail pharmacy network in the country, were nominated for the 2025 Reclame Aqui Award in the categories "Pharmacies and Drugstores – Large Operations" and "Pharmacies and Drugstores," respectively. This year, the Award celebrates 15 years, consolidating its position as the largest and most important recognition of service and reputation in Brazil, where consumers choose the companies that offer the best experiences and resolve issues efficiently.
In 2024, Extrafarma was crowned the grand champion in the "Pharmacies" category, while Pague Menos was the runner-up in the "Pharmacies – Large Operations" category. In the latest edition, the initiative received over 15 million votes, distributed across more than 300 categories.

Voting

Awarding
The award ceremony will be held in December 2025, honoring all nominated companies, as well as announcing the winners of all categories.
