Magazine Luiza (Magalu) announced today a strategic partnership with G4 Educação for the organization of Expo Magalu 2024, a mega event focused on Brazilian digital entrepreneurship. The collaboration aims to revolutionize the event format by providing participants with access to the G4 Digital Retail Management Program, developed in partnership with the Magalu Team and the Sellers' Council.
The event, scheduled for August 21 at the Anhembi District in São Paulo, expects to gather at least 6,000 retailers. Participants will have the opportunity to attend lectures by prominent figures such as Frederico Trajano, CEO of Magalu, and Luiza Helena Trajano, Chairwoman of the company's Board of Directors.
Frederico Trajano emphasized the importance of the initiative: “Brazilian entrepreneurs are the future of Brazil. What we need here is to create an entrepreneurial revolution. We will transform this entire journey, not only at the event, but also by bringing knowledge focused on how to sell more and manage your business better.”
The offered program includes eight modules with over 14 hours of practical content, aimed at boosting the growth and management of participating businesses. Flávia Marcon, the company's marketplace manager, highlighted: "It's an investment of ours to give these micro and small sellers the opportunity to boost their earnings. We want to show how simple and profitable it is to sell online."
Alfredo Soares, co-founder of G4 Educação, highlighted the importance of preparation: “Brazilian entrepreneurs can prepare themselves to be entrepreneurs by having access to more knowledge, tools and being intentionally strategic. It’s not about talent, it’s about preparation.”
Registration for the event is now open, with the first batch of tickets offering a package that includes Expo Magalu and the G4 Digital Retail Management Program for 997 reais, in 10 interest-free installments, a significant discount on the original price of 1,997 reais.
This initiative represents an important milestone in Magalu's mission to digitize Brazilian retail, offering entrepreneurs the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in the digital environment.
