Joia | Experiências que Transformam, an agency that is a reference in live marketing and corporate events, celebrates 12 years of innovation and excellence with a nomination for two of the most prestigious awards in the sector: the Caio Award, considered the “Oscar of Events”, and the AMPRO Globes Awards, the biggest live marketing award in Brazil.
The recognition came from the TikTok Arena case, a global project developed for TikTok for Business. Completed between May 2023 and April 2024, the 800 m² space in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, was transformed by Joia into a multifunctional environment with modern scenography and cutting-edge technology to host the company's creative events. In just 12 months, 145 events were held that impacted over 12,000 clients and 2,700 content creators, establishing the space as a reference in immersive and innovative experiences.
At the 2024 Caio Award, Joia is a finalist in the Technical Infrastructure for Events category, while at the AMPRO Awards, the agency competes in two categories: Best Incentive Campaign and Best B2B Campaign. These awards reflect the agency's ability to deliver creative and high-impact solutions, combined with flawless execution that optimizes resources and maximizes benefits.
O caso TikTok Arena – The TikTok Arena was born from a challenge: to create an inspiring and functional space in just 15 days that reflects the vibrant and unique essence of the TikTok platform. The agency not only exceeded expectations but also implemented a series of innovative solutions, such as modular scenography for quick environment adaptation, complete property revitalization, and creation of customizable spaces for photos and videos.
In addition to physical transformation, the TikTok Arena hosted events that explored themes such as inclusion, women's empowerment, and celebration of creativity, with campaigns like #TikTokEsportesRoadToOlympics and #TikTokMaisQueUma. The carefully planned strategy by Joia included a diverse schedule, attracting everything from digital influencers to major brands, resulting in impressive organic engagement with over 4,000 views on space-related posts, reinforcing TikTok's positioning as a globally impactful platform.

The AMPRO Awards ceremony will take place next Tuesday, November 26; and the delivery of the Jacaré from the Caio Award will occur on December 10, 2024.
